The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 5+ years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing, with proficiency in cost data analysis and cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of cost accounting experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Strong experience with inventory, variance analysis, costing, BOMs, and COGS.
• Power BI experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing accounting and cost accounting principles.

• Manage cost accounting activities across inventory, COGS, and manufacturing operations.
• Perform inventory reconciliations and support inventory consolidation.
• Analyze manufacturing variances and identify key drivers.
• Maintain and analyze standard costs and product costing.
• Review and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and related costing data.
• Analyze COGS and manufacturing costs to support financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly cost accounting reports and provide financial analysis.
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams on costing and inventory matters.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost accounting processes and controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and other financial analysis as needed.
