Job summary

Kinder Morgan, Inc. is seeking a senior corrosion control leader to oversee regional programs across multiple sites in the United States. You will manage budgets, direct corrosion engineers and technicians, and ensure alignment with safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires extensive corrosion engineering experience, strong planning and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to deliver reliable and compliant infrastructure operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises regional corrosion control program within budget and staffing.
• Plans projects, reviews progress, and adjusts priorities to ensure timely completion.
• Supervise corrosion supervisors and technicians; participate in staff selection and evaluations.
• Conducts performance evaluations and provides training and motivation.
• Coordinates training including annual refresher, safety, and emergency response.
• Develops and administers budgets based on staffing and resource needs.
• Monitors expenditures; ensures compliance with budget.
• Designs monitoring and cathodic protection systems; prepares drawings/specs/calculations.
• Coordinates with contracts, environmental compliance, and ROW teams.
