Job summary

Kinder Morgan seeks a seasoned Corrosion Control Leader to administer the regional corrosion program, ensuring safety and compliance with state and federal guidelines. You will design, monitor, and maintain corrosion control facilities and oversee staff, budgets, and contractor coordination across multiple sites.

The role requires extensive experience in corrosion engineering, project management, and regulatory compliance, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10 years of corrosion-related experience with leadership on design, construction, monitoring, and troubleshooting of complex corrosion systems.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or related field from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Supervise regional corrosion control program within budget and staff.
• Plan projects, review progress, and adjust priorities to ensure timely completion.
• Lead corrosion supervisors and technicians, staff selection, promotions, and disciplinary matters.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to meet changing system demands.
