Qualifications

• Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
• HS Diploma or GED plus 7 years in corrections or related field.
• AA degree plus 5 years of corrections experience.
• BA degree plus 3 years of corrections experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custody and security within a living unit; manage security devices, procedures, and training.
• Oversee classification, programming, and staff alignment with policy requirements.
• Ensure sanitation and safety standards meet local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Oversee administration of investigations, incident reports, and disciplinary actions.
• Plan and lead unit operations; manage resources and staff development.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on staff development and performance issues.
