Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises correctional security functions and activities at an adult correctional facility; may serve as a shift supervisor for a large facility.
• Directs correctional emergency response team and coordinates training exercises.
• Conducts special investigations and coordinates security, riot and escape procedures; inmate counts and searches for contraband.
