Qualifications

• 5+ years in employer health and wellness promotion in a corporate setting.
• 5+ years with wellness programs and services.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years with corporate employee benefit programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong execution, planning, delivery and support capabilities.
• Develops business insight to propose innovative wellness solutions.
• Builds relationships with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, manage and maintain a large national wellness program.
• Collaborate with wellness coaches and champions to drive goals.
• Recommend Wellness Calendar with onsite screening and events.
• Support client benefits teams in wellness events and referrals.
• Present CVS resources and programs to clients for consideration.
