Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Senior Wellbeing Consultant to partner with sales and account teams and drive a national corporate wellness program. You will help reduce health risk, promote healthy lifestyles, and support virtual, onsite and hybrid engagement across client sites.

The role requires 5+ years in employer wellness, 3+ years PM, strong communication and presentation skills, and a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred). Expect travel about 50% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employer health and wellness promotion within a corporate environment.
• 5+ years of experience with wellness programs and services.
• 3+ years demonstrated project management experience.
• 2+ years of experience with corporate employee benefit programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting).
• Understand business needs, industry trends, and goals to propose innovative solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
• MS Office suite skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• California-based field position with travel around 50%.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development, coordination, management, and maintenance of a large national corporation wellness program to reduce health risk and medical costs; and encourage healthy lifestyles addressing virtual, onsite and hybrid requirements.
• Participation with wellness coaches and wellness champions to drive goals and advance the wellness culture.
• Recommend Wellness Calendar with onsite screening initiatives and engagement events with vendor partners.
• Support client's benefits/total rewards team in wellness events (onsite, virtual and hybrid) to answer questions about wellness programs and encourage participation.
• Present Aetna specific resources and programs to client for consideration.
