Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Wellbeing Consultant to partner with sales and account teams to deliver wellness consulting services to national customers. You will coordinate with wellness coaches, drive wellness culture, and support client benefits programs across onsite, virtual and hybrid settings.

Required is 5+ years in employer health and wellness, strong communication and project management skills, and willingness to travel about 50% of the time in a California-based field role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employer health and wellness promotion.
• 5+ years of wellness programs and services.
• 3+ years demonstrated project management experience.
• 2+ years of experience with corporate employee benefit programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development, coordination, management and maintenance of a large national wellness program.
• Collaborate with wellness coaches and champions to drive goals and wellness culture.
• Recommend wellness calendar with onsite screening initiatives and events.
• Support client benefits/total rewards teams in wellness events (onsite, virtual, hybrid).
• Present CVS Health resources and programs to clients for consideration.
