Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking a Travel Consultant to support corporate clients from a remote team. You will advise on, arrange, and optimize domestic and international travel for individuals and groups using Sabre GDS, while ensuring policy compliance and data privacy.

We value proactive service, attention to detail, and collaboration. This 24x7 role offers flexible shifts across day, afternoon, night, and weekends. The US salary range is provided.

Qualifications

• Passion for client service with proactive travel needs.
• Minimum of 3 years corporate travel experience.
• GDS Sabre expertise and professional communication.
• Attention to detail and data privacy awareness.
• Knowledge of the business travel industry and partners.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers (individuals and groups).
• Analyze options and anticipate traveler needs to upsell services.
• Arrange domestic and international travel for air, rail, and hotels.
• Use Sabre GDS to book and modify reservations.
• Ensure compliance with travel policies and provider rules.
• Provide courteous service and handle special requests.
• Collaborate with team to coach and improve service levels.
