• Proficient in Internet searches and online booking processes.

• Supports multiple accounts and ensures policy compliance with DT vendors.
• Follows detailed procedures and provides first-level travel support via phone or email.
• Attends staff meetings for updates on travel industry and procedures.
• Maintains cooperative working relationships across the company.
