Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a specialized area and 3+ related certifications.
• Transcript copy conferring required degree and certifications must accompany application.
• 9 years of corporate training or related experience; 7 years in higher education or corporate training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and/or consulting to corporate clients as needed.
• Assess training needs with Corporate College staff.
• Customize training content to fit client objectives.
• Deliver 1- to 3-day classroom sessions using appropriate materials.
• Update course content to maintain currency and relevance.
• Maintain records of class schedules, rosters and attendance.
