Modular Power Solutions (MPS) in McKinney, TX, seeks a Senior Corporate Trainer to design and deliver critical learning programs for employee-owners. You will develop and deliver training across safety, quality, technical skills, and leadership to support operational excellence.

You will collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps, measure impact, mentor junior trainers, and maintain LMS records while aligning with MPS standards and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience in electrical manufacturing or construction preferred.
• Ability to translate complex information into training content.
• Proficiency with LMS and standard business software.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% to facility locations.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs and materials for management processes and corporate functions.
• Lead engaging sessions, workshops, and onboarding for employee-owners.
• Identify skill gaps with managers and develop targeted interventions.
• Evaluate training impact via metrics and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with external vendors to deliver specialized programs.
• Mentor other Corporate Trainers and maintain LMS records.
• Promote safety culture and company values across trainings.
