Modular Power Solutions, LLC in McKinney, TX, is seeking a Production Manager II to provide manufacturing oversight for enterprise level developers. You will lead production programs, ensure consistent execution, and drive improvements across scheduling, BOMs, and manufacturing floor design.

The ideal candidate has a technical degree and 12+ years of field electrical, industrial construction or manufacturing experience, plus strong communication and leadership skills.

Formación

• Associates and/or Bachelors Degree in technical field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years field electrical experience as a licensed electrician required.
• Minimum 12 years field/industrialized construction and/or manufacturing industry experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee production programs and ensure consistency on intermediate projects.
• Lead initiatives to improve production processes and manage the bill of materials.
• Coordinate with scheduling, QA/QC, and safety teams.
• Mentor Production Manager I and support transparent communication.
