Job summary

Modular Power Solutions (MPS) seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee large, complex projects and act as a subject matter expert. You will liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

The role emphasizes leadership, proactive problem solving, and growth opportunities in a shareholder-owned company with ESOP and strong benefits. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/PM or related field preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• 7+ years experience in program management for industrialized construction.
• Expert knowledge of construction technology and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for customer project management matters.
• Review work orders and service agreements thoroughly.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage change orders and internal proposal processes.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets across multi-year forecasts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.
