• Experience with AI-powered recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searches and outreach campaigns.
• Proficient in behavioral and competency-based interviews.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with hiring leaders.
