Trinity Industries, headquartered in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Corporate & Securities Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The role supports corporate governance, securities compliance, and regulatory matters with precision and collaboration.

You’ll work onsite at our Dallas headquarters, assist with board governance, prepare agendas and minutes, manage the board portal, and support regulatory filings and due diligence for mergers and other corporate transactions.

Competenze

• Paralegal with 7+ years in corporate settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance and securities law.
• Experience handling regulatory filings and board materials.

Mansioni

• Support Vice President and Corporate Secretary on governance matters.
• Prepare agendas, presentations, and minutes for Board/Committee meetings.
• Serve as administrator for the company’s electronic Board portal.
