Job summary

Uline is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to join our team at the Corporate Headquarters. You will mentor a team of recruiters and own full life cycle recruiting for our critical corporate roles to support our growing company.

This is an on-site, high-impact role that drives talent strategy and partner relationships across the organization. You will handle complex assignments, review applications and interview candidates to capture work history, education, training and salary requirements,

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field.

Minimum Requirements

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence hiring leaders, candidates and partners at all levels.
