Job summary

Uline is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to own full life cycle recruiting for critical corporate roles. You will mentor a team of recruiters, build sourcing strategies, and partner with hiring managers and HR to shape talent strategy for our growing company.

Responsibilities include reviewing applications, interviewing candidates, and aligning on qualifications. This on-site role emphasizes collaboration, strategy, and delivering high-impact hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field.
• 10+ years in recruiting and sourcing top talent.
• Ability to navigate challenges with a driven, positive attitude.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to influence hiring leaders, candidates and partners at all levels.
