Job description

Purchasing Power is a leading employee purchase program that helps people buy the products and services they need through the convenience of payroll deduction. As part of PROG Holdings (NYSE: PRG), a FinTech holding company with more than 20 years of experience, we’re focused on building simple, responsible financial solutions that put people first. PROG Holdings’ portfolio includes Progressive Leasing, a market leader in lease‑to‑own solutions, Purchasing Power, and Four, a Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) platform — all united by a commitment to innovation, access, and meaningful impact.

We are currently hiring a Senior Corporate Recruiter to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved! This role will serve as a dedicated talent partner to the Purchasing Power business, supporting hiring needs across a variety of corporate functions while proactively building talent pipelines for future growth. You will partner directly with business leaders to understand their goals, develop market intelligence, and build talent communities before roles ever open. This is a hybrid role based in our Atlantic Station office in Atlanta.

Employee Value Proposition (EVP): PROG is dedicated to providing people with opportunity; opportunity for inclusive collaboration, opportunity for innovation, and opportunity for development.

WE ARE

A fast-growing FinTech organization that values curiosity, innovation, and execution. We move quickly, empower people to take ownership, and encourage new ideas that challenge conventional thinking. Our talent acquisition team operates as strategic business partners, helping leaders make smart hiring decisions while building exceptional candidate experiences. We value recruiters who are proactive, highly consultative, data-driven, and eager to leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to continuously improve how talent is identified, engaged, and hired.

YOU ARE

A highly consultative, full-cycle recruiter who thrives in complex, hard-to-fill searches. You're equally comfortable partnering with senior leaders on workforce strategy as you are rolling up your sleeves to source passive talent. You don't wait for candidates to apply. You know where to find them, how to engage them, and how to build long-term pipelines before a requisition even opens.

You become deeply embedded with your business partners, taking time to understand their goals, challenges, and talent needs. You view yourself as a trusted advisor, not simply a requisition manager. You're well-connected in the Atlanta market and understand the value of networking, relationship building, and showing up. Whether it's industry events, community groups, referrals, or professional associations, you're always expanding your network and creating opportunities to connect with top talent.

You are excited to spend time in the market, attend industry and networking events, build talent communities, and serve as an ambassador for Purchasing Power. Experience supporting retail, eCommerce, merchandising, finance, accounting, marketing, product, technology, or other corporate business functions is highly valued.

You're resourceful, self-directed, and proactive. You identify opportunities before they become requests and bring market insights and creative solutions to the table. Most importantly, you're energized by innovation and actively embrace AI as part of your recruiting toolkit.

You're constantly exploring new ways to leverage AI to improve sourcing strategies, personalize candidate outreach, streamline recruiting operations, and deliver better hiring ou

tcomes.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
  • Partner closely with Purchasing Power leaders to understand business objectives, talent needs, organizational challenges, and future hiring plans.
  • Create and execute proactive sourcing strategies focused on passive talent across retail, eCommerce, merchandising, finance, marketing, product, technology, and other corporate functions.
  • Build and maintain talent communities for recurring and critical hiring needs, creating pipelines before roles are opened.
  • Represent Purchasing Power and PROG Holdings at industry events, networking groups, conferences, university partnerships, and local talent forums throughout the Atlanta market.
  • Develop market intelligence related to talent availability, compensation trends, competitor activity, and emerging skill sets.
  • Conduct consultative intake meetings and translate hiring needs into targeted search strategies covering target companies, target talent profiles, compensation considerations, and key success factors.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, AI-powered sourcing tools, and creative research techniques to identify and engage top talent.
  • Submit qualified candidates with thoughtful assessments covering fit, motivation, compensation expectations, potential risks, and overall recommendations.
  • Coordinate interviews, prepare candidates, facilitate hiring team debriefs, manage offer negotiations, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate ATS documentation and provide ongoing updates regarding pipeline health, market feedback, hiring trends, and search progress.
YOU'LL BRING
  • 5+ years of progressive full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
  • Demonstrated success identifying, engaging, and hiring passive talent across professional and leadership-level roles.

  • Experience recruiting within retail, eCommerce, merchandising, consumer products, employee benefits, financial services, or related industries strongly preferred.
  • Deep expertise in direct sourcing, talent mapping, networking, and pipeline-building strategies.
  • Ability and desire to work a hybrid schedule from our Atlantic Station office while actively engaging in the Atlanta talent market through networking events, professional organizations, and community partnerships.

  • High degree of initiative, ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
  • ATS proficiency and strong operational discipline with a commitment to maintaining accurate recruiting data and documentation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that build credibility with candidates and business leaders alike.
