Share Our Strength in Washington, DC, seeks a Corporate Partnerships Manager to drive growth with top brands. Hybrid role (2 days in DC; remote possible outside DC area).

Manage a $2.5M fundraising goal and a portfolio up to $4.5M, leading lifecycle activities from research to negotiation and activation. The role requires 3–5 years in marketing or sponsorships, strong analytic and communication skills, and experience with Raiser’s Edge and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required, with 3–5 years in marketing programs or sponsorships.
• Strong analytical, planning, time management and organizational skills required.
• Excellent written and oral communication with high-level audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of revenue generating partnerships with high-profile brands.
• Lead corporate partnership lifecycle including research, outreach, proposals, contracts, and renewals.
• Support colleagues and develop partnerships with selected business industries.
• Create customized marketing activations aligned with partner objectives and brand goals.
• Increase team effectiveness through innovative cultivation and stewardship methods.
• Track pipeline activity and KPI metrics in Raiser's Edge for forecasting and reporting.
• Attend conferences and development events to expand sector knowledge and partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on cross-department projects and activation ideas.
• Position funding opportunities using Share Our Strength’s programs and priorities.
