Job summary

United Way of Anchorage (UWA) seeks a Senior Corporate Engagement Officer to lead corporate partnerships and revenue growth. You will own the full engagement cycle from prospecting to renewal, focusing on workplace campaigns, sponsorships, and multi-year collaborations.

As a senior member of the Development team, you will mentor peers, partner with the VP of Development, and help diversify UWA's corporate revenue base while maintaining strong donor relations and data-informed strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3 to 5 years of progressive fundraising or account management experience.
• Demonstrated success managing relationships and meeting revenue goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentations.
• Experience with CRM or fundraising database software.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Cultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts from discovery to renewal.
• Lead workplace campaign strategy and ECC support for assigned accounts.
• Identify sponsorships and build multi-year CSR partnerships.
• Analyze data to inform engagement strategies and opportunities.
• Collaborate across the Development team and ensure donor experience alignment.
