Job summary

United Way of Anchorage is seeking a Senior Corporate Engagement Officer to drive revenue through corporate partnerships, workplace campaigns, and multi-year sponsorships. You will manage a robust account portfolio and collaborate with the Development team to align strategies with community impact.

You will lead prospecting, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship, prepare compelling presentations for executives, and use data to monitor performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3 to 5 years of fundraising, corporate sales, account management, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success managing relationships and meeting revenue goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation delivery.
• Experience with CRM or fundraising database software.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Cultural sensitivity and experience with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts and manage full engagement cycle.
• Develop and execute individualized account plans with clear goals and milestones.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for key corporate partners.
• Identify and pursue new corporate accounts and expand corporate reach.
• Lead workplace campaign strategy and ECC program support.
• Deliver compelling presentations to corporate leaders and employee audiences.
• Track campaign metrics and use data to drive improvement.
