Gaming Laboratories International, LLC is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support multiple businesses in a full-time, in-office capacity in Lakewood, NJ. The role works closely with the President & CEO to support day-to-day legal operations.

Responsibilities include contract review, compliance tracking, central repository maintenance, and support for acquisitions, regulatory filings, and cross-functional initiatives. A minimum of five years of paralegal experience with certification is required.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of Corporate Paralegal experience.
• Paralegal Certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Notary Public is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint is required.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills are required.

Mansioni

• Review, track, and organize contracts, including vendor agreements, client contracts, NDAs, and amendments.
• Monitor contract compliance and key obligations, including deadlines, renewal terms, and notice requirements.
• Maintain centralized contract repository and tracking system.
• Support leadership with legal research and drafting of routine legal correspondence.
• Assist with acquisitions and related administrative tasks, including assignment documents and closing checklists.
• Track post-closing obligations and ensure timely filings or notices.
