Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a seasoned Paralegal to support the General Counsel in a fast-paced corporate/legal environment.

The role requires at least seven years of paralegal experience in corporate, litigation, or regulatory law, with strong organizational and research skills. Responsibilities include drafting and managing legal documents, ensuring regulatory compliance, handling audits, and assisting with litigation and special projects led by the GC.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of paralegal experience in corporate or law firm setting.
• Big law experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
• Paralegal certificate is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents including contracts, NDAs, real estate, and governance materials.
• Support compliance and regulatory filings, including coordination with external counsel.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and organize legal files and databases.
• Coordinate responses to audit inquiries and assist with internal investigations.
• Support litigation management, including discovery coordination and document review.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives led by the General Counsel.
