Qualifications

• 7+ years of paralegal experience in corporate or healthcare settings.
• Experience reviewing and administering commercial contracts.
• Experience supporting compliance programs and regulatory initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Contract review, negotiation, and lifecycle management for NDAs, BAAs, MSAs, and vendor agreements.
• Support regulatory reviews, audits, and compliance calendars; assist with policy implementation.
