Job summary

Natus is seeking a Senior Paralegal to own the day-to-day contract lifecycle and support corporate governance for a global MedTech company. This remote role reports to the General Counsel and collaborates with stakeholders across departments to keep contracts moving and processes efficient.

The role requires 7+ years in paralegal work with contracts, ideally in MedTech or regulated industries, and hands-on CLM, SharePoint, Teams, and e-signature proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate required; JD/LLM is a plus.
• 7+ years as a paralegal with 4+ years in contracts management.
• MedTech or regulated industry experience preferred.
• Ability to review and redline against templates and escalate deviations.
• Strong CLM, SharePoint, Teams, and e-signature tool proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract intake, triage, and tracking for requests from Sales, Procurement, R&D, HR, and others.
• Draft initial versions of commercial agreements from company templates including NDAs and supplier agreements.
• Review counterparty papers and escalate deviations to General Counsel.
• Lead selection and adoption of a CLM tool and migrate legacy contracts.
• Support corporate governance and entity management across multiple regions.
