Fortra is seeking a Senior Paralegal to partner with the General Counsel on corporate matters, contracts, and risk management. The role focuses on entity management, financing, insurance, and helping drive efficient legal processes while supporting internal stakeholders.

You will draft, review, and negotiate a range of agreements, manage contract templates, and contribute to IP, real estate, and litigation support. A strong emphasis on confidentiality and organization is required.

Formación

• 5+ years of paralegal or contract administration experience.
• Experience with entity management and insurance processes.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to balance commercial objectives with legal risk.
• Effective written and verbal communication and discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Assist General Counsel with entity management, insurance, and financing tasks.
• Manage contract workflows and deadlines per procedures.
• Draft, review, and negotiate software licenses and professional services agreements.
• Support with NDAs, partner letters, and customer forms.
• Maintain contract templates and library; identify process improvements.
• Provide litigation, IP, and real estate support as needed.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and legal operations to optimize processes.
