Qualifikationen

• Paralegal Certificate required.
• 8+ years paralegal experience, with at least 3 years supporting a corporate in-house legal team.
• Experience with contract management, corporate governance, or compliance.

Aufgaben

• Draft, review, and negotiate routine contracts under attorney supervision.
• Maintain contract management systems and track key terms.
• Assist in implementing and improving contract workflows and playbooks.
• Support entity management and preparation of corporate records.
• Assist with board and committee meeting preparation and records.
• Assist with compliance monitoring and data privacy/regulatory programs.
• Coordinate with outside counsel as needed; liaise with Procurement, HR, Finance, Operations, IT.
