Job summary

Global Payments Inc in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced paralegal to join the Legal team and help shape the future of global commerce. You will support the legal team by preparing, reviewing, and maintaining a variety of legal documents and corporate records.

You will conduct legal research, assist attorneys with litigation, regulatory, compliance, and corporate matters, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, manage deadlines, and support IP, legal hold, and records management

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
5+ years of paralegal experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.
Experience drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and contracts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and maintain a variety of legal documents, agreements, and corporate records.
Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with litigation, regulatory, compliance, and corporate matters.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to support legal processes, investigations, and ongoing business initiatives.
Manage legal documentation, deadlines, and reporting to ensure efficient and organized legal operations.
Assist with intellectual property, legal hold, and records management activities while supporting compliance with policies and regulations.
Serve as a Georgia Notary Public, as needed, in support of legal and business documentation requirements.
