You will leverage your Corporate law and M&A expertise to create and maintain practical, market-aligned content and help develop AI-powered legal solutions.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor with active license in at least one US jurisdiction.
• 8+ years of Corporate and M&A experience.
• Extensive cross-border corporate experience (non-US entities).
• Strong writing skills, concise and clear legal drafting.
• Collaborative, able to work in multi-jurisdictional teams.
• Experience using AI tools in legal work.

Responsibilities

• Research, write and maintain clear, current, and practical legal content aligned with market practice and customer needs and business objectives.
• Review and edit content written by colleagues or external contributors.
• Stay updated on legal developments to keep content accurate and relevant.
• Support development of AI-powered legal solutions with your legal expertise.
• Support internal AI editorial tools with your editorial skills.
• Build relationships with lawyers and industry groups to reflect current market practice.
• Collaborate with product management, sales, marketing, and technology teams.
