Job summary

Red Robin International, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Technology Support Engineer to deliver high-quality IT support for the Restaurant Support Center and remote employees.

The role covers Windows and macOS devices, M365, Intune, Entra ID, ServiceNow, Teams Rooms, and endpoint security tools, with ownership of incidents through resolution. Ideal candidates will combine strong troubleshooting with superb customer service, and will drive documentation and continuous improvement across technology

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; IT certifications or training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical support to RSC members, executives, remote users, and field staff across Windows PCs, Macs, mobile devices, 365 apps, Teams Rooms, printers, and peripherals.
• Independently diagnose and resolve hardware, software, identity, connectivity, and endpoint issues.
• Own incidents from first contact to resolution with clear communication and follow-up.
• Troubleshoot across endpoint, identity, application, network, and collaboration technologies; escalate when needed.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest solutions to reduce repeats and improve user experience.
• Support Teams Rooms and other conference-room technologies; help standardize support processes.
