Job summary

Day & Zimmermann is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to manage corporate financial planning and analysis initiatives. You will lead annual planning, forecasting, and financial reporting while partnering with finance leaders to identify risks and opportunities. In this role, you will supervise the FP&A team, deliver actionable insights, and drive performance improvements across the enterprise.

A strong background in budgeting, modeling, and ERP systems is required. Located in the U.S.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance required (7+ years progressive FP&A experience).
• MBA preferred.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual Growth & Profit Plan (GPP), quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning; consolidate submissions and identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare executive reporting packages, quarterly business reviews, and analyses with variance and trend insights.
• Analyze financial and operational performance against budget/forecast; identify risks and opportunities and improve profitability and resource allocation.
• Partner with Finance and operational leaders to support forecasting, modeling, scenario analysis, and cross-functional alignment.
• Supervise and coach the FP&A team; set priorities and develop staff to deliver high-quality analytics.
• Support FP&A process improvements, reporting enhancements, and planning tool adoption.
