Job summary

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in finance/accounting, strong Excel/PowerPoint, and a solid grasp of P&L. CPA/CFA/CPCU credentials and experience with Power BI, SAP, and BPC are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance/accounting with 6+ years in accounting/finance.
• Strong communication, analytical mindset and P&L understanding.
• Insurance industry exposure and professional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate complex financial information to business partners across functions.
• Prepare messages, reports, and analyses for management teams.
• Support planning, forecasting, and collaboration with business unit leaders.
• Provide advanced financial analysis and modeling.
• Monitor progress relative to plans and drive cross-functional insights.
• Identify gaps in analyses and propose additional studies.
• Develop written communications and tell a cohesive results story.
• Define data requirements and source identification.
• Build rapport with stakeholders and participate in training of new hires.
