Oakleaf Partnership is seeking a Manager, Corporate FP&A to lead revenue planning and analysis across a diverse portfolio of brands. This role partners with senior leadership to understand performance, forecast budgets, and identify growth opportunities.

The position blends traditional reporting with deep analytical work to drive strategic decisions. In a hybrid environment, you will own revenue drivers, track forecasts, and present insights to executives.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of FP&A or related analytical role.
• Experience in large, complex organizations with established processes.
• Advanced Excel skills with models, forecasts and budgets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.
• Ability to present complex financial data clearly.
• Detail-oriented and accurate; proactive and collaborative.

Responsabilités

• Revenue Planning & Analysis across multiple businesses.
• Forecasting & Budgeting against budgets and forecasts.
• Consolidate revenue assumptions across divisions.
