Job summary

Zurich in North America seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Resilience Solutions US Finance team in Schaumburg. This hybrid role partners with the Head of Finance to deliver timely financial insights, support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, and tell a compelling financial story to senior leaders.

You will build strong analyses, develop messages and reports, and contribute to planning, forecasting, and ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 6+ years in Accounting or Finance.
• High School Diploma with 8+ years in Accounting or Finance.
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with associate degree and 6+ years in Finance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate complex financial information and insights to business partners across functions.
• Prepare key messages, reports and analyses to deliver insights to management.
• Support planning and forecasting, explain changes and impacts with leadership.
• Provide advanced financial analysis and modeling.
• Monitor progress relative to business/operational plans.
