Job summary

Navitas Semiconductor in Torrance, CA is seeking a Corporate Finance Controller to lead accounting, close processes, and SEC reporting for a fast-growing GaN/SiC company.

You will oversee tax, inventory, cost accounting, and payroll, coordinate audits, and support financings and M&A with schedules and analyses. You will also strengthen internal controls and leverage AI tools to streamline reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
• Active CPA certification is required.
• 15+ years accounting experience, with SEC reporting experience (10-K/10-Q).

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting department operations including close, SEC reporting, tax, inventory, and payroll.
• Produce financial reports and maintain accounting records.
• Maintain a comprehensive set of internal controls.
• Coordinate with independent auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits.
• Support financings, M&A, and other strategic transactions with schedules and analyses.
• Implement and optimize internal controls and SOX processes.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and business partners for accurate disclosures.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline reporting and controls.
• Manage ad hoc projects as needed.
