Job summary

BCD Meetings & Events is seeking a Senior Meeting Manager for onsite leadership of corporate meetings, leadership events and conferences in Spring, TX. You will guide strategy, elevate attendee experiences and ensure flawless execution from kickoff to recap.

The role requires managing budgets, timelines and vendor relationships, with travel up to 30% annually. You will partner with executives and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional events and drive business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or CMP certification preferred.
• Experience with international meetings and high-visibility programs is valued.
• Experience supporting executive stakeholders and management teams.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office, Teams, Webex and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end corporate meetings, leadership events, conferences and programs from kickoff to final recap.
• Guide strategy, elevate attendee experience and keep every detail on track.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors and internal teams to ensure success.
• Manage budgets, timelines and contracts to maximize value.
