Job summary

COPT DEFENSE PROPERTIES, LP seeks a Manager of Environmental, Health and Safety to lead enterprise EHS governance and drive risk reduction across construction, building engineering, and office environments. The role develops strategic EHS objectives, oversees audits and inspections, and coordinates executive reporting as well as government interactions.

• Industry certifications such as CSP, OHST, CHST preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise EHS governance, policies, and reporting frameworks across regions.
• Oversee audits, inspections, and equipment/ PPE testing programs.
• Provide strategic EHS guidance on risk reduction and incident investigation.
• Manage EHS team performance and cross-functional resource deployment.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting and interface with government safety personnel.
