Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Food Service Management experience; corporate dining is ideal.
• Experience managing a team of 20+ employees
• Proven leadership in building, managing, and guiding a hospitality team
• Knowledge of food safety and allergens; capable of working in union environments is preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage agendas, and lead weekly team meetings.
• Communicate effectively across all levels to reinforce culture.
• Support and manage client and customer relationships.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and payroll for the unit.
• Maintain sanitary operations per NSF/HACCP guidelines.
• Schedule staff and conduct performance appraisals.
• Assist with procurement, inventory control, and supply chain activities.
