Job summary

Eurest USA is seeking a Director of Dining Services for Austin, TX. This leadership role manages a team of salaried managers and hourly staff delivering high-quality corporate dining experiences.

Responsibilities include budget management, food safety compliance, and catering trend oversight. Strong supervisory and communication skills are essential, along with ServSafe certification. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities across top corporate accounts.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Food Services Technology/Management or A.A. degree with related experience preferred
• Five to seven years of direct foodservice operational management experience
• Strong knowledge of food, catering trends, cost controls, sanitation and presentation
• P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience desirable
• Strong supervisory and communication skills
• ServSafe certification desired

Responsibilities

• Manages salaried managers and hourly associates in the Food Service Department.
• Oversees the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the account.
• Interviews, hires, trains associates; plans, assigns and directs work; evaluates performance; rewards/discipline.
• Prepares and manages annual budget.
• Utilizes company systems for reports (inventory, cash, payroll, etc.).
• Oversees food and beverage preparation per HACCP and safety standards; ensures portion control.
• Other duties as assigned
