Job summary

Williams Companies, Inc. seeks a Sr. Corporate Development Analyst to lead evaluation and valuation of prospective investments across the portfolio and potential new ventures.

You will work on a team delivering actionable insights, balancing big-picture strategy with rigorous financial analysis. You will manage modeling and due diligence across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, capital projects, and commercial negotiations, reporting to senior leadership and partnering with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field with related experience.
• Master’s degree preferred with additional years of experience.
• Experience in energy industry is preferred.
• Experience leading economic valuation modeling for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Manages and leads financial modeling and valuation for mergers, acquisitions, divestments, JV, capital projects and contracts.
• Supports merger/acquisition, capital investment, and commercial negotiation processes including due diligence and integration.
• Assists in due diligence by reviewing and analyzing company and investment information.
• Presents recommendations to senior leadership and external parties.
