Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a Sr M&A Analyst to drive financial transactions, build detailed valuation models, and coordinate cross-functional deal execution teams across M&A, venture investments, and other strategic transactions.

You will work with senior leaders, external advisors, and attorneys through the transaction lifecycle, requiring strong judgment, technical excellence, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong quantitative background.
• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or equivalent.
• Experience with buy-side or sell-side M&A and equity or debt financing transactions.
• Experience with due diligence and transaction execution processes.
• Strong financial modeling skills and valuation experience.
• Experience preparing and maintaining executive presentations and decision-support materials.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex M&A and strategic transactions across the lifecycle.
• Coordinate due diligence processes, workplans, and approvals.
• Liaise with banks, founders, buyers, advisors, and attorneys on deal execution.
• Prepare executive-ready analyses and strategic recommendations for leadership.
