Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from a U.S. accredited law school; NY license to practice law.
• 8+ years of experience with law firms or in-house in procurement/tech/media.
• Strong understanding of software licensing (SaaS), services agreements, internet technology and cloud computing.
• Excellent knowledge of data privacy laws and emerging AI laws/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs and SOWs for SaaS and IT at high volume.
• Act as liaison for the NASB Procurement team and handle additional contract matters.
• Collaborate with procurement, IT, security and privacy to assess vendor risks and ensure contract standards.
• Stay up-to-date on laws, regulations, and industry trends in digital media and technology.
• Provide legal guidance and manage risks while enabling business goals.
