You will draft and negotiate software and SaaS agreements, advise on data privacy, and provide counsel on procurement and vendor management while collaborating with executive leadership.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active New York State Bar admission required.
• 4+ years of experience in commercial contracts and procurement.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including software and SaaS agreements.
• Advise on technology and cloud services contracts, data privacy, and data sharing agreements.
• Provide legal counsel on procurement, sourcing, and vendor management initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate legal, operational, and contractual risks.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, technology, and executive leadership teams.
