Job summary

Coral Connect, LLC is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to drive the company's commercial and corporate legal work. You will partner with executives and the Chief Legal Officer on contracts, governance, and regulatory questions affecting nationwide healthcare operations.

This role blends hands-on drafting with strategic guidance in a fast-growing technology-enabled business, including 340B, HIPAA, and related compliance topics.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Active license to practice law in the U.S. and current good standing.
• Typically 8–12 years of combined law firm and in-house experience.
• Demonstrated commercial contracting experience, including complex multi-party agreements.
• Clear written and verbal communication and sound business judgment.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with cross-functional teamwork.
• Corporate/governance experience: board resolutions, entity work, financings.
• M&A transaction exposure; healthcare law familiarity a plus.
• Experience supporting a high-growth, technology-enabled company.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including MSAs, SaaS and data agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, BAAs, and SOWs; multi-party arrangements under 340B.
• Support corporate and transactional work: governance, entity matters, board resolutions, financings, and diligence.
• Address healthcare regulatory questions (340B, Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA).
• Partner with business, operations, and people teams on day-to-day legal questions.
• Support employment questions across a remote, multi-state workforce.
• Manage legal risk and disputes; coordinate with outside counsel as needed.
• Improve templates, playbooks, and tools; track regulatory changes and translate into guidance.
• Other duties as assigned.
