Job summary

A leading E-Commerce Platform in California is seeking a Sr. Corporate Counsel to join a dynamic, growth-focused legal team. The role is hybrid, with three days on-site in Calabasas, CA, supporting privacy program leadership and contract governance for a fast-growing consumer-first business.

You will draft and negotiate ecommerce agreements, advise cross-functionally, ensure compliance with CCPA and GDPR, and contribute to AI governance and IP/brand protection.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA accredited law school.
• Active bar licensure in at least one US state.
• 5+ years of legal experience.
• Experience advising on privacy matters.
• Experience with E-Commerce agreements is a major plus.
• CCPA + GDPR expertise.
• Must be driven and hard working with a sense of humor.
