Job summary

IPX Power in the United States is seeking a corporate attorney to join our legal team and report directly to the General Counsel. This role supports enterprise level corporate matters, governance, entity management, and strategic initiatives including mergers and acquisitions.

You will work closely with senior leadership and gain exposure to high‑impact transactions as we scale our renewables portfolio. You will contribute to drafting and negotiating complex agreements, coordinating with

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law.
• Approximately 4–7 years of relevant corporate legal experience.
• Meaningful experience supporting M&A transactions and corporate governance matters.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters effectively.
• Experience managing paralegals and other reports is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate M&A transactions, including due diligence, transaction documentation, closings, and post-closing matters.
• Assist with corporate governance matters, including preparation of board and shareholder consents, resolutions, minutes, and other governance documentation.
• Support the formation, maintenance, restructuring, and dissolution of subsidiaries and other legal entities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements. Coordinate with internal business teams and outside counsel on corporate transactions and strategic initiatives.
