Qualifications

• Experience in financial services preferred.
• Experience in annuity/life insurance industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise on the legal aspects of acquisitions, transactions, and restructurings.
• Support the negotiation and drafting of transaction documents and financial agreements.
• Coordinate with Jackson’s share transfer agent for stock-related matters.
