Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
2+ years of experience in contracting or contract law.
Strong drafting, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Facilitates the contracts review process, including reviewing and drafting contracts and coordinating review by attorneys.
Advises business personnel and legal colleagues on contractual matters and interpretations.
Supports compliance with internal policies and procedures surrounding contracting.
Assists with creating, updating, and reviewing policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
Reviews statutes/regulations and assesses impact on contracts.
Supports Procure-to-Pay processes and contracting modules.
Provides back-up support on the contracting module.
Performs other duties for General Corporate unit as requested.
