Job summary

Qualifications

• JD and 5+ years of legal experience in technology/ transactions.
• Expert knowledge of commercial, contract and business law.
• Proficiency in IP, software licensing, data use rights, privacy and security.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate bespoke, complex sales and commercial agreements with major service providers.
• Advise on AI- and IP-related issues, including licensing and ownership.
• Counsel across direct and indirect sales through channel partners, distributors, and resellers.
• Partner with Finance to align deal terms with revenue recognition policies.
• Provide practical, business-focused guidance to Sales leadership and Finance.
• Analyze and resolve complex business and legal issues with clear, actionable advice.
• Ensure transactions comply with privacy, governance and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to a collaborative culture.
